1. Tuition and Fees
a. Application fee ($100.00) is nonrefundable. It is payable
at the time of application. Students who pay the application fee
and do not enroll forfeit the fee.
b. All tuition and registration fees must be paid in full at the
time of registration. Should a student wish to pay on an installment
basis, an additional fee of $15 per installment will be assessed.
c. Tuition is reasonable and additional fees apply for laboratory
classes and assess as follows - $200 per credit hour and 24 credit
hours are required for the Certificate in Art Documentation making
the total cost of the course tuition $4800. Additional Fees apply.
d. Auditing of Courses may be audited for no credit with the permission
of the instructor. Fees are accessed at the same amount as the
course fee for credit.
2. Payment Deadlines
30 days prior to the first day of class.
Tuition and Fees received after the deadline, but before class
commencement will be assessed a nonrefundable $25 late fee.
3. Fees

Returned Check Charge $50 per check
Any student who has a returned check on his or her account will
have to pay by cashier's check, money order, or cash for the next
course of study. Only in the case of a bank error will the return
check hold be removed.
4. Refund of fees
Before class begins: 100% less registration
Less then 15% of course completed: 80% less registration
Less then 25% of course completed: 70% less registration
More than 25% less but than 50% completed 45% less registration
More than 50% completed 0% refund
Note: Withdrawal from courses must be made in writing and confirmed
by the office.
5. Financial Assistance
No Student Loans are provided. Students, may however, arrange
for deferred payments, which enable them to pay in 3 installments.
Within 60 days for the commencement of class; the first day of
class and at the midpoint of the class schedule. The fee is $15
per installment ($45).
6. Work Study
Students may, however, apply for a limited number of Work/Study
position that require 20 hours per week of supervised work experience
in exchange for tuition waiver equivalent of up to 50% of their
tuition
