Wild Fundraising

Wild Fundraising has raised over two and a half million dollars for grassroots non-profits in the last two years. Sarah Wild has been writing grants and working in non-profit development for over a decade and in this time, has developed a process that works well for small and mid-sized nonprofits. As a Certified Fund Raising Executive (CFRE) and an Association of Fundraising Professionals (AFP) member, she and her team are poised to help nonprofit organizations reach their fundraising goals. Wild Fundraising provides the following services to nonprofits:

1.  Pipeline Management

Organizations hire Wild Fundraising to help them attain their annual fundraising goals. The team begins by creating a “Pipeline,” which is a dashboard containing all the pertinent information about upcoming, submitted and declined requests.

2.  Prospecting

Each month, WF adds prospects to your list as new grant cycles open or we identify other sources that may be a good fit for your organization. At Wild Fundraising, the team has access to premier funder databases such as Foundation Directory Online and GrantsWatch.

3.  Proposal Writing

The team at Wild Fundraising writes, organizes and coordinates all the details necessary to submit proposals for foundations, local, state and federal government, banks, individuals and corporate giving programs.

4.  Reporting/ Annual Report Creation

Many funders require mid-term, annual, and/or final reports to monitor the impact of their funding. Wild Fundraising compiles the data necessary for these reports and write narratives, often working closely with program staff to obtain information illustrating the impact of each funder’s support.

5.  Archive Audits

When necessary, typically during times of transition or leadership changeover, Wild Fundraising audits all the previous grant files, with an eye to catching any reporting deadlines that may have been missed or any funding opportunities that may have lapsed.

6.  Database Management

The Wild Fundraising team can manage data entry, acknowledgement letter generation, and donor report generation for Softerware (Donor Perfect), Blackbaud (Raiser’s Edge, Etapestry) and Little Green Light online donor management systems.

7.  Major Donor Identification

Wild Fundraising utilizes Wealth Engine, an industry-leading cultivation platform that amalgamates statistically modeled data derived hundreds of public data sources.

Often, the team at Wild Fundraising manages the entire spectrum of grant and sponsorship solicitation for start-up, small, and mid-sized organizations. Wild Fundraising manages the details so small nonprofits can focus on their mission and making an impact in their community.

Respectfully,

 Sarah
